What started out as a few screen shot drawings transformed into an adaptive real-time financial information solution running on over 50 high-end servers at the data center; serving up thousands of market professionals. QUODD’s management team was able to fully concentrate on their business by outsourcing the entire technical implementation to Tacpoint. Tacpoint successfully architected and built the custom enterprise financial information system from the ground up. The system collects, parses and aggregates over 20 different financial data feeds and presents to the user in a simple and organized manner. The system utilizes Tacpoint’s Transformatrix flexible and powerful workflow framework to process all types of datafeeds from S&P Comstock, Hyperfeed, Reuters, DowJones, etc. Real-time equity, options and level II quotes are streamed to the browser instantly through the custom streaming application server. User receives instant email or window pop-up alerts from the proprietary notification server.
